The agency intolight presented the ZENDOME.75M as an immersive space at the Ostrale 09, the international exhibition for contemporary art in Dresden.
The experience designers used the geodesic dome in order to send the exhibition visitors onto a 360° voyage. They were able to move, experience and change the surrounding space from five different interfaces of the “iLand” installation – while at the same time playing with the shortcomings of the omnipresent World Wide Web.
Intolight utilised the versatility of the ZENDOME which does not only create an new kind of spatial feeling but also functions as a perfect medium for interactive moving images.
This individualised world was a glimpse of the potential of multimedia contents inside closed spaces – and art form with a definite future trend.
