Loading capacity and safety: ZENDOME one uses quality membranes (double sided coated PVC at up to 830 g/m²).

The membrane material used by ZENDOME all comes from the leading manufacturer of technical textiles in Europe.

Pre elongated material with a double sided PVC coating of at least 160 µm provides surface stability and flatness of the membrane.

For the complex geometry of the outer skin of the ZENDOME, computer animated section plans are plotted with 2D cutters and then welded with a high frequency technique to become absolutely water tight. Thus, ZENDOME can guarantee a outer skin that is 100% water tight in every tiny detail.

Because of the intensive cooperation with the research and development team of our supplier, ZENDOME can choose from many different qualities, colours and material finishing.
Be it translucent or opaque, one of many standard colours or any special wish a customer may have.

All used material can be printed digitally. Due to the intensive intercommunication of confection and printing the best techniques are constantly being tested and test prints can be provided for an early approval by the customer.
