During the past weeks we have received thank-you letters from several of our clients and customers, which made us very happy and proud. The implementation of projects, the competent support during the project planning phases and of course the great atmosphere after successful projects were explicitly communicated. At the same time there was a fault in our IT system which lead to a significant delay in answering customer requests and messages - again we deeply apologize for that.

Profoundly surprised by your lovely letters and your kind reaction to our IT failure and the resulting delays we want to actively push this productive exchange a little further and ask you about your experiences with ZENDOME.

Let us jointly work on further improving and optimizing the quality of communication, support and products.
