ZENDOME offers the perfect floor system exclusively with all dome sizes. Designed as a heavy load floor system it replaces the anchoring to the ground. Made possible by a flexible spreading of loads, the system can be varied and perfected for any given situation or location.
Water, sewage, electronics and many other things required can be included and installed in the floor system.
Primary load structure:
Steel/ galvanized plug system - position secured by bolted discs Main girders connected without screws. The entire floor system contains no more than 20 screwed connections.
Static according to DIN 4112.
Load assumption 5KN/m².
Shaft foot can optionally be levelled.
Secondary load strcuture:
Cassette system steel/ galvanized to be mounted onto the primary structure.

ca. 160mm
Floor coating:
21mm lumbercore plywood coated with Phenolresin (brown)
Alternative floor coating:
21mm three layer plywood with a VIP coating
Transport:
The floor system is delivered in galvanized stackable steel stanchions.
